Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to grow market share.
- Enhance distribution across all channels, including On, Off, and eRetail.
- Serve as an industry-recognized ambassador for MH brands through exceptional storytelling and product knowledge.
- Support digital transformation initiatives with visible activations.
- Deliver commercial objectives and maintain 100% distribution compliance.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide updates in territory reports.
- Develop and execute activation programs across accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage credit and payment collections efficiently.
- Participate in market visits and sales meetings to share best practices.
Qualifications
- College/University degree in Business or equivalent.
- Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of sales experience with an international fast-moving consumer goods or liquor company. Thorough knowledge of wine and spirits products and a good understanding of On, Off, and eRetail channels.

College/University graduate major in Business or equivalent
