Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve business objectives and sales budget for the designated territory.
- Grow market share in On, Off, and eRetail channels across the brand portfolio.
- Enhance company culture and contribute to team and business success.
- Achieve sales targets and expand points of distribution across channels.
- Serve as an industry ambassador for MH brands through product knowledge and storytelling.
- Support digital transformation and integration initiatives.
- Deliver commercial objectives and provide tailored advice to customers.
- Ensure 100% distribution compliance and achieve territory growth targets.
- Engage with Salesforce and QLIK for tracking and reporting.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales team.
- Develop and execute activation programs across accounts.
- Ensure brand merchandising standards are met across all channels.
- Monitor financial status of customers and manage credit and payment collections.
Qualifications
- Full English written and spoken proficiency.
- Wine/Spirit product knowledge.
- At least 3 years of sales experience with an international FMCG or liquor company.
- Understanding of On/Off and eRetail channels.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably within the wine, spirits, or FMCG industry.
