Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team annual sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and potential customers.
  • Expand distribution of the company's core brands through new business development.
  • Create and negotiate Joint Business Plans and yearly trading terms with Key Accounts.
  • Manage retail business performance in alignment with business objectives and brand priorities.
  • Support channel strategy and implement on and offline activations for brand communication.
  • Ensure proper execution of POS, visibility, and merchandising in each outlet.
  • Provide timely market environment and competitor analysis.
  • Conduct monthly retail pricing surveys and provide commentary on key promotions.
  • Identify and advise on sales opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of Key Account management experience in the Modern Off-Trade channel.
  • Relevant experience in Wine & Spirits, Luxury, and/or FMCG is advantageous.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute actionable plans. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account management for the Modern Off-Trade channel.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
