Role & Responsibilities
- Enhance the grape sorting algorithm to recognize additional grape diseases such as powdery mildew and sour rot, in collaboration with external partners.
- Train and raise awareness among teams regarding the use of optical sorting technology prior to harvest.
- Integrate the optical sorting solution operationally during the harvest across Moët & Chandon's four presses, ensuring immediate result feedback, efficient grape flow management, and ease of use.
- Analyze harvest data, compile reports, and present findings, particularly validating the algorithm's effectiveness on new traits and suggesting corrective actions if necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree in a scientific field.
- Knowledge of agronomy and viticulture.
