Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a premium brand image is maintained.
- Conduct guided tours of the cellars and vineyards, providing engaging and informative commentary.
- Facilitate champagne tastings and support visitors in their purchasing decisions.
- Manage the ticketing process, including scheduling and coordinating with the back office.
- Handle daily cash operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Address visitor inquiries via phone and email.
- Ensure visitor safety during tours and manage any operational issues with the tour train and elevators.
- Participate in sales activities within the boutique and assist with special guest receptions.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French, English, and ideally a third language.
- Strong general knowledge and cultural awareness.
- Ability to adapt to an international clientele with discretion and confidentiality.
