Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operational managers and HR Business Partners to assess training needs.
- Organize and execute training sessions both in-person and remotely.
- Maintain relationships with training providers.
- Manage the administrative and logistical aspects of training sessions, including registrations, invitations, and venue arrangements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Design and adapt training materials such as presentations, specifications, guides, and tutorials.
- Oversee the administrative management of training files and budget tracking, including purchase orders and invoicing.
- Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with managers and HR Business Partners.
- Draft and publish compelling job advertisements for operational roles.
- Screen applications and conduct preliminary phone and in-person interviews.
- Participate in recruitment interviews and prepare progress reports for managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain the candidate database.
- Handle the administrative management of recruitment files.
- Ensure effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and exhibitions.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's program with a specialization in Human Resources.

Experience
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in progress, specializing in Human Resources.
