Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador for Maison Mercier, conveying its values, heritage, and creativity during tastings.
- Advise local and international clientele on champagne selections during tastings, enhancing their experience of the visit center.
- Conduct and animate tastings, promoting and serving wines while sharing the Maison's stories.
- Maintain the sommelier station, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of service accessories and spaces.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying desires and offering memorable experiences in collaboration with the visit center team.
- Assist clients in the boutique, facilitating product sales and fostering long-term relationships.
- Manage inventory, stock, and the presentation of tasting areas, both indoor and outdoor.
- Participate in linen management and ensure the upkeep of service spaces.
- Stay informed on industry trends and participate in internal and external representation events.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations concerning food and beverage service, reporting any anomalies to management.
