Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of sales objectives.
  • Implement analytical tools and monitor performance metrics.
  • Conduct monthly product tracking by category, including deliveries, sales, and inventory.
  • Support store, visit, and bar managers in activity management.
  • Optimize product offerings to ensure maximum revenue and profitability, including improving sell-through rates and stock rotation.
  • Develop Open To Buy plans.
  • Optimize and monitor orders and associated actions.
  • Coordinate product launches and collaborate with marketing teams on visual merchandising.
  • Contribute to the development of product offerings with the marketing department.
  • Consolidate qualitative feedback from stores.
  • Participate in market studies and analyses.
  • Assist in the creation of sales support tools and preparation of product training.
  • Prepare monthly performance reviews of activities.

Qualifications

  • First experience in retail or commercial management.
  • Analytical skills, synthesis ability, affinity for numbers, and customer relationship management.
  • Previous experience in luxury is advantageous.
  • Dynamic, rigorous, and curious.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, with an interest in statistical tools.
  • Fluent in English and French.
