Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Press House Manager and Deputy in overseeing Hygiene, Quality, Safety, and Environmental (HQSE) compliance at the pressing center.
  • Monitor and update the Hygiene Plan as necessary, conducting field audits.
  • Track performance dashboards and contribute to quality deviation investigations, ensuring product traceability and conducting necessary investigations.
  • Execute specific missions related to trials and projects.
  • Ensure adherence to HQSE regulations at the center.
  • Alert the center manager of any confirmed deviations in HQSE matters and provide regular field reporting.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in agronomy, oenology, laboratory science, agro-food, or quality management.
  • Familiarity with HQSE standards.

Experience

Entry-level experience with a preference for knowledge of the viticultural sector. Beginners with a confirmed profile are accepted.
