Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Quality Manager responsible for external services in developing the normative and operational scope.
  • Prepare for the deployment of ISO 9001 standards within the scope of external services.
  • Develop and implement a documentation system including operating modes, procedures, risk analysis, and process definitions.
  • Design and implement relevant performance indicators.
  • Create and analyze the costs of non-quality.
  • Conduct external visits for Quality representation and support, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Adapt tasks based on activity evolution and candidate profile, with potential for service support.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an engineering program or equivalent, with a focus on practical application and autonomy.

Skills

Ability to adapt communication to various stakeholders in an industrial environment. Strong synthesis skills. Curiosity, openness, and pragmatism to understand organizational complexity. Familiarity with enterprise IT tools (SAP) and reporting tools (Power BI) is advantageous. Knowledge of standards is beneficial but not essential. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is appreciated.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing an engineering degree or equivalent.
