Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) initiatives within the production processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes in compliance with QSE standards.
- Deploy new quality management tools.
- Participate in and/or lead QSE site meetings (Quality, Food Safety, Environment).
- Participate in and/or lead Quality/Production working groups.
- Conduct internal audits and monitor corrective action plans.
- Ensure a strong presence on the production floor.
- Raise awareness and train staff on QSE best practices.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve non-conformities.
- Report on QSE indicators and propose improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Engineering student or equivalent with a focus on practical, hands-on experience.
- Ability to adapt to various stakeholders in an industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Curiosity, openness, and pragmatism to navigate the organizational complexity.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in a relevant field.
Education
Currently pursuing an engineering degree or equivalent.
