Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the implementation of Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) initiatives within the production processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes in compliance with QSE standards.
  • Deploy new quality management tools.
  • Participate in and/or lead QSE site meetings (Quality, Food Safety, Environment).
  • Participate in and/or lead Quality/Production working groups.
  • Conduct internal audits and monitor corrective action plans.
  • Ensure a strong presence on the production floor.
  • Raise awareness and train staff on QSE best practices.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve non-conformities.
  • Report on QSE indicators and propose improvement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Engineering student or equivalent with a focus on practical, hands-on experience.
  • Ability to adapt to various stakeholders in an industrial environment.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Curiosity, openness, and pragmatism to navigate the organizational complexity.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with enterprise software (SAP) and reporting tools (Power BI) is advantageous.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a relevant field.

Education

Currently pursuing an engineering degree or equivalent.
