Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in continuous improvement and modernization projects on the production site alongside the production manager, including leading work groups and coordinating action plans with production teams and external partners.
  • Independently manage a continuous improvement project, defined with a mentor, focusing on areas such as waste reduction, site communication and enhancement, or storage conditions in the cellar.
  • Contribute to maintaining ISO certifications on the production site by following audits, leading action plans, and conducting training and standard reminders.

Qualifications

  • Final year student in an engineering school with a specialization in industrial management (e.g., Arts et Métiers, Mines).
  • Prior experience in an industrial setting focusing on change management and/or continuous improvement is advantageous.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to integrate and rally others around ideas. Rigorous, organized, with excellent analytical, synthesis, and creative skills. Proficiency in project management and continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA, 5W, 6M, 5S, etc.).

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with minimal experience.

Education

Final year student in an engineering program specializing in industrial management.
