Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the administrative processes for personnel in compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures.
  • Draft and validate employment contracts and amendments, ensuring they are signed and filed appropriately.
  • Handle all necessary social registrations with social security, mutual insurance, and provident funds.
  • Complete legal hiring declarations.
  • Update personnel database with employee-related information.
  • Monitor temporary employment periods and calculate seniority.
  • Oversee health, workplace accident, and maternity leave cases.
  • Prepare retirement departure dossiers.
  • Assist with the administration of seasonal harvest personnel.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, adhering to deadlines.
  • Perform payroll calculations and validations, including editing and checking payslips.
  • Participate in the payroll process for seasonal harvest personnel.
  • Provide information and explanations to employees and managers as needed.
  • Undertake cross-functional tasks as requested by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.

Skills

Proficiency in payroll techniques. Understanding of general social legislation and specific activity rules (travel, expatriation). Mastery of specific payroll software and HRIS. Competence in statistical tools (tables, data extraction). Ability to work within a recurring deadline-driven environment. Capability to work under constraints. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years in a similar position is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
