Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure payroll and personnel administration for a designated employee population.
- Manage administrative tasks related to personnel, adhering to legal regulations and internal procedures.
- Prepare and validate employment contracts and amendments, ensuring they are signed and filed appropriately.
- Handle all necessary social security, mutual insurance, and provident fund registrations.
- Complete legal declarations for new hires.
- Maintain and update the personnel database with employee information.
- Monitor fixed-term contract durations and calculate seniority.
- Manage employee illness, workplace accidents, and maternity cases.
- Prepare retirement departure dossiers.
- Participate in the administration of seasonal vineyard personnel.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing within set deadlines, including validation and control of payslips.
- Support employees and managers by providing necessary information and explanations.
- Undertake cross-functional assignments as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar payroll role.
