Role & Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment to achieve certification in designated areas.
- Execute production changes, including lot and format adjustments, for certification purposes.
- Address defects and malfunctions, performing first-level troubleshooting.
- Regularly inspect and document work through self-control procedures.
- Adhere to established procedures for safety, food safety, environment, and quality.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the sector.
- Contribute to on-the-job training.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar machinist adjuster role.
- Possession of CACES 3 certification.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree or Professional Title in machinist adjuster field.
