Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery to achieve certification in designated sectors.
  • Execute production changes, such as lot and format adjustments, to ensure sector certification.
  • Address defects and malfunctions by performing first-level troubleshooting.
  • Regularly inspect and document work through self-control procedures.
  • Adhere to established procedures concerning safety, food safety, environment, and quality.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the sector.
  • Contribute to on-the-job training efforts.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or professional certification in machine operation.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • CACES 3 certification.

Proficiency with production tools and machinery. Competence in computer applications. Understanding of procedures and instructions. Ability to anticipate and plan effectively.
