- Operate production equipment to ensure certification in designated areas.
- Execute production changes such as lot and format adjustments for certification purposes.
- Address and resolve equipment defects and breakdowns through first-level troubleshooting.
- Regularly monitor and document work through self-inspection procedures.
- Adhere to established procedures related to safety, food safety, environment, and quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sector.
- Participate in on-the-job training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or professional certificate in machine operation.
- CACES 3 certification.
