Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage communication for the quality non-conformity management solution and action plan management, including creating a service catalog and drafting deployment kits in French and English.
  • Assist in the deployment projects of IT solutions, providing administrative and technical support, and acting as a liaison between users, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Participate in the study of the Document Management System (DMS) and utilize SAP solutions as required.
  • Support the functional project manager in facilitating project tasks.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business with an interest in manufacturing flows, supply chain, and information systems.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and analytical mindset.
  • Strong synthesis capability and autonomy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English.

Skills

Communication and documentation skills in both French and English. Ability to manage and deploy IT solutions. Proficiency in SAP and other IT systems. Strong organizational and project management skills.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
