Role & Responsibilities
- Manage communication for the quality non-conformity management solution and action plan management, including creating a service catalog and drafting deployment kits in French and English.
- Assist in the deployment projects of IT solutions, providing administrative and technical support, and acting as a liaison between users, IT teams, and vendors.
- Participate in the study of the Document Management System (DMS) and utilize SAP solutions as required.
- Support the functional project manager in facilitating project tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business with an interest in manufacturing flows, supply chain, and information systems.
- Demonstrated curiosity and analytical mindset.
- Strong synthesis capability and autonomy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.

Education
Pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
