Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Value Manager to support strategic decision-making through data analysis.
  • Develop analytical tools by sourcing data and creating impactful data visualizations.
  • Define key performance indicators and design dashboards for various user groups within MH IS&T.
  • Select and develop appropriate charts and dashboards using Power BI, ensuring adherence to best practices in data visualization.
  • Source and manage financial, strategic, and operational databases to construct comprehensive 'Governance 360' dashboards.
  • Ensure data quality and facilitate effective data usage by product teams.
  • Administer dashboards and associated data sources, promoting and monitoring CIO Office initiatives.
  • Analyze and present data results visually, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain regular updates of analyses based on a predefined template for communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT experts, including Data & AI, ServiceNow, and Lean IX teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related IT field.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Power BI / Fabric. Strong knowledge of SQL. Data modeling skills. Professional English proficiency. Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information to non-technical audiences. Financial acumen is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and initiative.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates with relevant academic background.

Education

Master's degree in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
