Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to ITGC, ITAC, and other IT compliance controls.
  • Assist in organizing and analyzing internal control self-assessments (ERICA).
  • Collaborate on the validation and documentation of control results with internal teams.
  • Support the management of automatic alerts, including analysis of false positives and treatment deadlines.
  • Aid in the development and updating of IT risk mapping.
  • Participate in raising IT teams' awareness of risk management best practices.
  • Assist in defining, monitoring, and implementing remediation plans for failing controls.
  • Contribute to the use and tracking of compliance management tools such as Jira ITC.
  • Participate in organizing awareness sessions on IT compliance rules and best practices.
  • Contribute to updating control frameworks and best practice guides.
  • Support the Data Protection Correspondent in identifying and updating the personal data processing register.
  • Contribute to the follow-up of data protection action plans.
  • Participate in regulatory and technological watch impacting IT compliance.
  • Assist in preparing reports for governance committees and audits.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC +4/5) in business school, university, or engineering school with a specialization in IT, cybersecurity, audit, or risk management.

Skills

Basic knowledge of information systems, cybersecurity, and IT processes. Interest in project management tools (Jira or equivalents). Rigor, organizational skills, and analytical ability. Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit. Proactivity and initiative. Fluency in French. Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for individuals with a foundational understanding of IT audit, control, or compliance. Previous experience in these areas is advantageous but not required.

Education

Master's degree in progress in IT, cybersecurity, audit, or risk management.
