Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the monitoring and forecasting of capital expenditures (Capex) within the Administrative and Financial Department.
  • Develop and update weekly reports using SAP and Power BI.
  • Prepare monthly reports, including reviews, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Conduct quarterly reporting using Syrus, LVMH's consolidation tool.
  • Coordinate the preparation of investment request dossiers for approval by the CFO, MHCS President, and LVMH Group.
  • Ensure financial data accuracy and alignment with the company's investment strategy.
  • Prepare weekly summaries of investment requests.
  • Assist in the preparation of various forecasts (budget, revised plans, medium-term plans) for internal and group presentations.
  • Support operational teams during preparation phases and create supporting documents (PowerPoint presentations, Excel summaries).
  • Engage in ad hoc tasks related to investments.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Business or Engineering School, or University with a focus on Management Control or Finance.

Experience

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Education
