Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor field experiments for optimizing vineyard water management in Champagne and Provence.
  • Select and deploy water status measurement tools and install sensors on experimental plots.
  • Calibrate model tests by integrating field data with remote sensing.
  • Draft experimental protocols ensuring scientific rigor and reproducibility.
  • Collect and manage measurements during the 2026 campaign, adapting schedules to climatic constraints.
  • Collaborate on data structuring and project deliverables with a data reference person.
  • Process and interpret data using statistical tools like Excel, R, and JMP, and create visuals with PowerBi.
  • Coordinate and communicate project data and results internally and externally.
  • Conduct scientific and bibliographic research on vineyard water status measurement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree +4 or +5 (Master's or Engineering) in agronomy, environment, or viticulture.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
  • Dynamic, creative, autonomous, proactive, organized, and excellent team player.

Skills

Experience in managing experiments and data processing (Excel, JMP, etc.) Proficiency in PowerBi Interest in geostatistics is a plus

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Education

Bachelor's degree +4 or +5 (Master's or Engineering) in relevant fields.
