Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support within the Quality & Oenology Development Department for project tracking and strategic input.
- Monitor viticultural trials.
- Oversee and manage grape maturity assessments.
- Conduct operational follow-up on harvest and vinification trials.
- Perform literature reviews to propose new avenues for exploration.
Qualifications
- Educational background in viticulture and oenology or DNO.
- Interest in fieldwork involving vineyards and cellars.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (Permis B).

Experience
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
Education
Degree in viticulture and oenology or equivalent.
