Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating international press relations projects with markets, including vintage launch campaigns and limited edition releases.
- Support the coordination of international and local events focusing on press and influence, such as Revelations, wine missions, and lifestyle events.
- Manage and coordinate press requests from France and international markets, including interviews and iconography.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of press tools, including press kits, releases, and official photos.
- Participate in the development and deployment of influence campaigns, including influencer identification, seeding, and tracking outcomes.
- Assist in organizing potential photo shoots and video productions.
- Consolidate global press reviews and aid in the analysis of influence and PR reports.
- Provide logistical support to the department, including ordering POSM and bottles.
- Conduct sectorial monitoring.
- Assist in the implementation and follow-up of events created by the Maison, including international launches, artistic collaborations, tastings, press trips, and interviews.
- Coordinate hospitality aspects between markets and support agencies.
- Manage legal, administrative, and financial aspects of events.
- Coordinate a collective of talents, including scheduling, meeting agendas, and Champagne visits.
- Benchmark event trends and innovations.
- Assist in event evaluations.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing or Communication.
- Previous experience in marketing/communication through internships or apprenticeships.
- Knowledge of project management and marketing/communication tools and techniques.

Beginner level experience in marketing or communication, ideally through internships or apprenticeships.
Education
Master's degree in Marketing or Communication.
