Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of event, dinner, and wine experience guidelines, including briefing, creation, and tool development.
  • Coordinate and adapt Maison guidelines for local events, and compile event reports.
  • Contribute to the creation of the 2025 guidelines and coordinate the wine tour with the cellar master, including market requests and meeting summaries.
  • Support the Brand Home Experience by assisting local hospitality teams in delivering Maison experiences.
  • Aid in establishing wine partnerships and provide logistical support for activations.
  • Assist in creating food experiences and managing the Dom Pérignon Society events, including sommelier approach development and trend benchmarking.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing or Communication from a top business or communication school.
  • Previous experience in marketing/communication through internships or work-study programs.

Skills

Strong project management knowledge and familiarity with marketing/communication tools and techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, initiative, and organizational abilities. Creativity and aesthetic sensibility. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software such as InDesign and Photoshop is advantageous. Strong written communication skills in both French and English. Fluency in English, both spoken and written (TOEIC score above 900).

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with prior internship or work-study experience in marketing or communication.

Education

Master's degree in Marketing or Communication from a prestigious institution.
