Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content for the company's intranet, including articles, videos, and photos, while proposing enhancements to the platform.
  • Contribute to the graphic design and writing of the company's internal magazine.
  • Create communication materials to inform employees about company news using various media channels.
  • Monitor communication channel statistics and produce monthly reports.
  • Film, photograph, and edit short, dynamic reports on internal news, including interviews and thematic reports to highlight internal achievements.
  • Design and evolve internal communication materials such as brochures and promotional items.
  • Assist in organizing major internal events to enhance employee engagement and cohesion.
  • Innovate and improve existing employee engagement events.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Communication.
  • Proficiency in French with strong writing skills.
  • Versatile skills in graphic design, video, and photography.

Skills

Excellent writing skills with impeccable spelling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in graphic design and photo editing software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of web management and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or iMovie. Strong interpersonal skills and situational awareness. Organizational skills with a sense of priority and creativity. Autonomy and initiative. Teamwork and motivation.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Master's degree in Communication (Bac +4/+5)
