Role & Responsibilities
- Assist legal professionals in managing the brand portfolio, including Champagne and other wines and spirits brands, focusing on protection and defense in pre-litigation and litigation contexts.
- Provide counsel to internal departments such as marketing and development, in collaboration with external partners like Intellectual Property Consultants and Attorneys worldwide.
- Participate in managing administrative and judicial pre-litigation and litigation globally, including oppositions and imitation cases.
- Contribute to the validation of marketing projects for various houses.
- Assist in compiling evidence of use and notoriety dossiers.
- Support the protection and defense of brands on the internet.
- Aid in updating the database and archiving files.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Intellectual/Industrial Property (CEIPI).
- Fluency in written and spoken English, as 80% of tasks will be conducted in this language.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in intellectual property within a law firm, IP consultancy, or equivalent corporate role is appreciated, particularly in an international context.
Education
