Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist legal professionals in managing the brand portfolio, focusing on champagne and other wines and spirits brands.
  • Support in the protection and defense of trademarks, including pre-litigation and litigation processes.
  • Provide counsel to internal departments such as marketing and development, in collaboration with external partners like Intellectual Property Advisors and Lawyers.
  • Participate in managing administrative and judicial pre-litigation and litigation globally.
  • Contribute to the validation of marketing projects for various houses.
  • Assist in compiling evidence of use and notoriety dossiers.
  • Engage in the protection and defense of trademarks on the internet.
  • Aid in updating the database and archiving files.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Intellectual/Industrial Property (CEIPI).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (80% of tasks conducted in English).
  • Previous experience in intellectual property within a law firm or equivalent corporate role, preferably in an international context.

Skills

Excellent listening and communication skills, both oral and written. Attention to detail and ability to respond swiftly. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and adaptability.

Experience

Suitable for candidates with beginner-level experience in intellectual property, ideally with some exposure to international environments.

Education

Master's degree in Intellectual/Industrial Property (CEIPI).
