Role & Responsibilities
- Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with managers and HR Business Partners.
- Draft and disseminate job postings across various platforms.
- Screen applications and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
- Participate in recruitment interviews and prepare progress reports for managers.
- Manage candidate follow-up and maintain the applicant database.
- Handle administrative tasks related to candidate files.
- Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and exhibitions.
- Facilitate job dating events.
- Plan and organize onboarding for new hires.
- Monitor recruitment campaign performance indicators.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Engage with the intern and apprentice community in Paris and Champagne.
- Contribute to the deployment of skill development and performance management projects.
- Assist in communicating and raising awareness of HR development initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to assess project effectiveness.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of HR tools and processes.
- Manage administrative tasks related to training files and budget tracking.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources (1st or 2nd year).
- Experience in recruitment or campus management is desirable.
- Strong interest in recruitment and training roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy.
- Team-oriented mindset.
