Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of guest and client areas across various sites.
- Maintain and manage the inventory of linens and amenities, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Perform evening service, including tidying guest rooms and bathrooms, organizing guest belongings, and preparing in-room gifts.
- Coordinate with laundry services for the cleaning and return of linens.
- Iron dining room tablecloths, guest towels, and evening wear, as well as uniforms for kitchen and floor staff.
- Prepare morning and evening service carts, ensuring all necessary items are stocked.
- Conduct physical inventories of various stock items and place orders for cleaning products.
- Ensure compliance with the plastic-free certification guarantee.
- Perform minor sewing tasks and ensure the proper functioning of clocks.
- Assist with clearing breakfast, lunch, and dinner settings as needed.
- Provide on-the-job training for temporary staff.
- Respond to technical intervention requests using the designated software.
- Participate in guest reception, including luggage handling and room setup.
Qualifications
- CAP in Hotel Services or BEP in Restaurant and Hospitality Trades with a focus on service production or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry is required.
Education
CAP in Hotel Services or equivalent.
