Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in updating the risk assessment document and monitor the resulting action plans.
- Contribute to the update and creation of safety data sheets and procedures.
- Facilitate and lead safety working groups.
- Conduct accident analyses (root cause analysis), follow up on action plans, and draft experience feedback reports.
- Prepare and facilitate safety steering committees (COPIL).
- Lead safety awareness and training sessions.
- Conduct safety audits and field tours.
- Manage the chemical risk management system, including annual chemical product inventories.
- Update chemical risk assessments (SEIRICH) and monitor the resulting action plans.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation management (new product requests, product sheet creation and updates, SDS tracking, archiving).
- Facilitate awareness and training sessions on chemical risks.
- Act as a liaison with the health department (internal MHCS) and occupational health services regarding CMR monitoring.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a BAC+5 degree.
