Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and lead recreational, cultural, and social activities for harvest workers during their stay at the accommodation facilities, primarily in the late afternoon to evening.
  • Communicate and enforce community living rules and best practices within the collective accommodation setting.
  • Provide overnight presence at the accommodation, addressing issues within shared responsibilities and alerting security or emergency services as needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a background in animation or related fields such as BPJEPS, sports education, or coaching.
  • Proven experience in managing group activities or collective living environments, particularly with adult groups.

Experience
