Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Record daily general accounting entries in SAP for MHCS and other French Champagne entities.
  • Account for analytical allocation adjustments across all companies.
  • Reconcile accounts and record bank charges for all companies.
  • Organize and archive supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparing responses for surveys.
  • Request validation and budget allocation for supplier invoices for other French Champagne entities and record them.
  • Participate in the preparation of monthly accounting closing entries.
  • Account for subscriptions and provisions as requested by the general accounting manager.
  • Record financial expenses and interests on blocked current accounts as requested.
  • Prepare control files for representation office invoices and record them.
  • Ensure compliance with the closing checklist in the absence of the general accounting manager.
  • Engage in tasks related to IFRS16 standards, including account and lease contract analysis and Anaplan software updates.
  • Assist in preparing accounting reports, including consolidation packages, tax packages, and accounting and legal appendices.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as correspondence, invoice claims, and circularization letters.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a DCG with a background in accounting (BTS or DUT).

Skills

Proficiency in English (written). Attention to detail and seriousness. Discretion and eagerness to learn. Analytical thinking and availability. Strong interpersonal skills. Service-oriented mindset and teamwork ability to integrate into the team and adhere to LVMH's culture and work methods. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Affinity for numbers.
