Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality service during tastings in collaboration with Maison Ambassadors, sommeliers, and sales advisors.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tasting areas, including setting and clearing tables, and serving beverages.
  • Manage the sommelier stations across various locations such as salons, cellars, gardens, the Grand Hall, and terraces.
  • Organize glassware management and ensure the maintenance of service accessories.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of service areas and provide glasses and water for visitors.
  • Assist in the supply management of wines in coordination with sommeliers and the administrative manager of the boutiques.
  • Support sommeliers, ambassadors, and sales advisors in service and hospitality tasks.
  • Facilitate communication between the office and client tables.
  • Participate in the tracking of tastings by updating activity logs.
  • Occasionally handle order taking and payment processing.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in French and at least B1 level proficiency in English.

Benefits

Part-time, temporary position with a renewable one-month contract. Requires availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. 24 hours per week.
