Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality service during tastings in collaboration with Maison Ambassadors, sommeliers, and sales advisors.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tasting areas, including setting and clearing tables, and serving beverages.
- Manage the sommelier stations across various locations such as salons, cellars, gardens, the Grand Hall, and terraces.
- Organize glassware management and ensure the maintenance of service accessories.
- Ensure the cleanliness of service areas and provide glasses and water for visitors.
- Assist in the supply management of wines in coordination with sommeliers and the administrative manager of the boutiques.
- Support sommeliers, ambassadors, and sales advisors in service and hospitality tasks.
- Facilitate communication between the office and client tables.
- Participate in the tracking of tastings by updating activity logs.
- Occasionally handle order taking and payment processing.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Fluency in French and at least B1 level proficiency in English.
Skills
Experience
At least one prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector is required.
Benefits
Part-time, temporary position with a renewable one-month contract. Requires availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. 24 hours per week.
