Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in defining the annual CRM communication calendar.
  • Produce newsletter content, collaborating closely with internal teams, and ensure delivery to key markets.
  • Manage end-to-end newsletter campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including construction, testing, targeting, and scheduling.
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of new consumer journeys such as welcome, birthday, and retention.
  • Assist in key brand launches and the development of related CRM plans.
  • Consolidate CRM communication plans from markets and validate market-developed newsletters.
  • Collaborate with local teams to implement CRM action plans in animation and acquisition.
  • Respond to ad hoc market requests, such as data collection form creation.
  • Monitor CRM campaign performance, consolidate market performance data, analyze KPIs, and propose optimizations.
  • Conduct AB tests to enhance future campaign KPIs.
  • Perform periodic benchmarking on CRM best practices and innovations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (business school or equivalent), seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Autonomous and proactive, capable of coordinating various stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ideally, previous 6-month experience in digital, particularly in CRM.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.

Experience
