Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and produce diverse communication materials (newsletters, presentations, videos) to inform viticulture partners.
  • Participate in the planning, logistics, and communication of events for partners, including meetings, soirées, and trips.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of events by proposing new formats and venues.
  • Assist in the development and creation of new communication tools (brochures, pamphlets, promotional items) tailored to partner needs.
  • Update data in databases or on websites.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in communication, marketing, event management, or a related field (minimum Bac +4).
  • Interest in the wine industry and partner relations.

Skills

Proficiency in communication tools (DTP, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite). Excellent writing skills with impeccable spelling and grammar. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy. Creativity and a proactive approach. Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Experience

No prior professional experience required.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or event management (Bac +4 minimum).
