Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the International Commerce Directorate in operational management across various regions including Americas, Europe, Asia, GTR, and Middle East Africa.
  • Respond to daily market requests such as assets, tools, benchmarks, and stock allocations.
  • Consolidate information from different markets including orders, POS merchandise purchases, and special offers.
  • Participate in monthly market calls and manage follow-ups.
  • Prepare and distribute quarterly newsletters featuring best practices, key figures, and future activations.
  • Coordinate specific market projects and track product allocations.
  • Analyze regional KPIs such as sales volumes and pricing.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects on strategic topics, including competition analysis and distribution structure analysis.
  • Coordinate vintage changes with the Supply Chain and conduct specific supply studies.
  • Develop clearance plans and optimize obsolete POSM references with the Supply Chain and markets.
  • Draft presentation materials for monthly meetings.

Qualifications

  • Final year student in business school, engineering, or equivalent university program.
  • Previous experience in business analysis, business development, or consulting.

Skills

Proficiency in English, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage priorities with responsiveness and autonomy. Strong analytical skills, pragmatism, and interpersonal skills.

Experience

Beginner level experience in business analysis or related fields.

Education

Final year of a business school, engineering, or equivalent university program.
