Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the back office manager in the Visite & Réception team for Moët Hennessy's champagne houses.
  • Assist in the commercialization of oenotouristic experiences, including cellar tours, receptions, and events.
  • Plan experiences for VIP clients.
  • Manage purchases and invoicing for all visitor centers.
  • Conduct cost analysis on various subjects such as VIP transport and service purchases.
  • Provide process and expenditure distribution recommendations.
  • Create a budget model to anticipate expenses.
  • Work on existing KPIs and their development across different houses.

Qualifications

  • Curiosity and interest in management and analysis.
  • Desire to learn about financial control in the context of visits and receptions.

Skills

Proficiency in information systems and Office 365. Strong analytical skills. Attention to detail and autonomy. Ability to manage priorities. Adaptability and responsiveness. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a focus on finance or management.
