Role & Responsibilities
- Support project management by assisting in planning, monitoring, and coordinating team projects under the supervision of the Head of the Supply Chain & Procurement platform.
- Maintain project documentation, including project schedules and progress reports, in collaboration with each Solution Delivery Manager.
- Update Moët Hennessy's project management tools in coordination with the corporate PMO.
- Collect and analyze project performance data to identify discrepancies from objectives, particularly regarding functionality adoption, scheduling, and budget.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Head of Platform and corporate PMO.
- Participate in identifying process improvement opportunities and share insights with the corporate PMO and Head of Platform.
- Assist in implementing new project management tools/processes within the team, as guided by the corporate PMO.
- Ensure project management documents and practices are standardized within the team.
- Serve as the team liaison for the use of project tools provided by SAP COE and the corporate PMO, ensuring compliance before transitioning to support mode.
- Assist in preparing agendas and materials for monthly team meetings and coordinate various participants.
- Engage in the Innovation community for the team and communicate relevant innovations for the Supply Chain & Procurement domain during dedicated team meetings.
Qualifications
- Successful initial experience in a corporate environment.
- Higher education degree from a business or engineering school with a specialization in project management.
- Fluency in French and English.
