Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor the implementation of water meters in cellars, manage data collection, and establish a dashboard for tracking water consumption at each cellar site.
- Assist in deploying a cellar maintenance module to track incidents in real-time and evaluate equipment turnover rates.
- Assess the effectiveness of a new agitator for bentonite preparation during bottling at Oiry.
- Update cellar operating procedures in line with evolving practices and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+4/5) in Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Oenology, or a related Master's program.

Entry-level experience is acceptable.
