Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor the implementation of water meters in cellars, manage data collection, and establish a dashboard for tracking water consumption at each cellar site.
  • Assist in deploying a cellar maintenance module to track incidents in real-time and evaluate equipment turnover rates.
  • Assess the effectiveness of a new agitator for bentonite preparation during bottling at Oiry.
  • Update cellar operating procedures in line with evolving practices and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BAC+4/5) in Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Oenology, or a related Master's program.

Skills

Knowledge of oenology and process engineering. Attention to detail, responsiveness, teamwork, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Valid driver's license (Category B).

Experience

Entry-level experience is acceptable.

Education

Bachelor's degree (BAC+4/5) in relevant fields.
