Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to optimizing water and energy consumption in cellar processes as part of the company's CSR initiatives.
  • Continue the 2024 project on water consumption monitoring in cellars by activity.
  • Establish water and energy consumption mappings across cellars in Épernay and Mont Aigu.
  • Deploy a dashboard for water consumption indicators in wine transfer, centrifugation, and filtration processes.
  • Implement control tools and optimization actions for consumption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Agri-Food Engineering, Oenology, or related fields.

Skills

Knowledge in oenology and process engineering. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Possession of a valid driver's license (Permis B).

Experience

No prior professional experience required, suitable for beginners.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
