Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and account for supplier invoices with purchase orders or allocations in the 'cockpit' tool for MHCS and other French Champagne companies, adhering to set deadlines.
- Handle invoices with discrepancies (quantity differences, price discrepancies, without orders, without goods receipts or confirmations) by sending workflows.
- Analyze unaccounted bank reconciliation deductions, follow up with departments or suppliers to obtain invoices for accounting.
- Adhere to monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual closing dates according to LVMH schedules, focusing on assigned closing tasks (analysis of debtors, blocked invoices, payment rejections, etc.).
- Maintain external relations with suppliers for follow-ups on unpaid invoices.
- Coordinate with general services to update the list of vehicle users (cost centers) for accounting of TOTAL invoices (fuel, tolls, etc.).
- Coordinate with general services to update the list of mobile phone users (cost centers) for accounting of related invoices.
- Report on environmental requests (water consumption, EDF, and costs related to sanitation fees, for example).
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a BTS or DUT in Accounting, with DCG preparation.
Skills

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a BTS or DUT in Accounting, with DCG preparation.
