Role & Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach the team to achieve sales goals and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Drive team performance to exceed KPI targets and contribute to store success.
• Conduct regular performance discussions and create actionable plans with the Store Manager.
• Provide consistent feedback and coaching to the team, identifying development needs and partnering with Retail Trainers.
• Train the team on client journey, clienteling, storytelling, and product knowledge.
• Participate in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure efficient sales floor management and deliver superior client experiences.
• Enhance store performance through CRM and clienteling initiatives.
• Expand the store's client base by engaging with new prospects.
• Ensure exemplary product care and adherence to corporate guidelines.
• Monitor category performance and collaborate with Retail Merchandising teams.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Operations teams to maximize store efficiency.

Qualifications

• Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluency in English is expected.
• Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.

Proven experience in team management within the luxury retail sector is required.
