Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and coach the team to achieve sales goals and ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Drive team performance to exceed KPI targets and contribute to store success.
- Conduct regular performance discussions and create actionable plans with the Store Manager.
- Provide consistent feedback and coaching to the team, identifying development needs and partnering with Retail Trainers.
- Train the team on client journey, clienteling, storytelling, and product knowledge.
- Participate in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure efficient sales floor management and deliver superior client experiences.
- Enhance store performance through CRM and clienteling initiatives.
- Expand the store's client base by engaging with new prospects.
- Ensure exemplary product care and adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Monitor category performance and collaborate with Retail Merchandising teams.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Operations teams to maximize store efficiency.
Qualifications
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluency in English is expected.
- Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
