Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert tailoring and alterations for luxury garments to ensure a flawless fit, preserving the integrity and craftsmanship of the designs.
  • Conduct fittings directly with clients, offering personalized advice and ensuring an exceptional luxury experience.
  • Perform garment maintenance and repairs as required, maintaining high standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Handle a variety of high-quality fabrics, including delicate and intricate materials, with precision and care.
  • Collaborate closely with the store team to deliver seamless service and meet client expectations.
  • Embody and exhibit Prada’s brand values of innovation and craftsmanship in every interaction and service provided.
  • Keep detailed records of alterations and repairs for accurate client history and future reference.
  • Manage product handling between the store and external service providers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Skills

Proven experience as a skilled tailor with a strong portfolio of tailoring and alterations work. Previous client-facing experience, with excellent interpersonal skills. Expertise in working with luxury garments, including delicate fabrics and complex designs. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced boutique environment. A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
