Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador to cultivate and expand a robust client network.
- Exhibit strong leadership in team development, on-the-job coaching, recruitment, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Ensure the highest standards in store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, back-of-house management, loss prevention, and delivery management.
- Collaborate with regional office teams to secure optimal support for the boutique.
