Role & Responsibilities

• Drive the store team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
• Develop action plans based on performance analysis.
• Lead the team to achieve KPI targets, including cross-selling and upselling.
• Represent the brand in the local market to attract new clients and build loyalty.
• Ensure the highest standard of client service on the sales floor.
• Promote omni-channel awareness and support digital tool usage.
• Manage store expenses to meet operating budgets.
• Provide product feedback and participate in buying sessions as needed.
• Foster client-centric mindset and maintain solid client relationships.
• Manage local VIP clients and propose tailored loyalty actions.
• Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
• Motivate and inspire the team, promoting a positive work environment.
• Train and develop the store team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Identify and propose internal development opportunities for team members.
• Ensure efficient operations through strong front and back of house cooperation.
• Lead by example in boutique care and respect for products.
• Ensure attractive displays and efficient asset care.
• Organize and execute local events in cooperation with the Retail Head Office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop action plans.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for client relationship management.

Skills

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on luxury fashion brands.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field preferred.
