Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and enhance client experience.
- Ensure brand consistency and operational excellence across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as cross-selling, conversion rate, sales targets, and CRM metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail, Merchandising, Communication, HR, and Finance to align strategies and share best practices.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure project and business success.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape to anticipate client needs and support innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a managerial store position, ideally within the luxury or premium sector.
