Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve store targets.
- Develop and implement business plans to enhance store performance.
- Lead and motivate the store team to exceed KPIs and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and brand loyalty.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience on the sales floor.
- Manage store operations, including budget control and expense management.
- Foster a client-centric mindset and implement clienteling initiatives.
- Promote a strong team spirit and ensure professional growth within the team.
- Collaborate with merchandising and operations teams to optimize sales strategies and store displays.
- Organize and participate in local events to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is desirable.
