Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage daily goods receipt and storage, optimizing efficiency and preparing products for sales floor and special areas.
- Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers, adhering to company guidelines and timelines.
- Manage the flow of E-Commerce orders, ensuring service level compliance.
- Handle the flow of damaged, non-sellable, and repair products.
- Organize packaging and stationery both physically and on IT systems.
- Manage the display objects system and participate in uniform and gift flow management.
- Ensure correct product protection and packaging for in-store and transfer purposes, including E-Commerce shipments.
- Adopt company guidelines in theft incidents, focusing on communication and documentation.
- Support investigations in case of system discrepancies.
- Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
- Participate in organizing and executing physical and cycle inventories, respecting company schedules.
- Support warehouse activities related to sales and ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
- Assist the Stock Referent in optimizing space utilization in collaboration with the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager.
- Support Client Advisors in sales processes and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
- Maintain relationships with providers and update archives monthly.
- Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury/fashion industry.
- Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
