Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying Miu Miu's philosophy and values to clients.
  • Maximize individual and team sales while delivering an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
  • Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Promote an Omni Channel mindset and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Skills

Passion for luxury sales and store environments. Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ambition, resilience, and a results-driven mindset. In-depth knowledge of the product category managed.
